Ministry of Home Affairs extends the validity of registration certificate under FCRA

Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a Public Notice dated 12th January, 2021 in order to clarify that the validity of registration certificate issued under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA) and expiring during the period between 29^th September, 2020 and 31^st May, 2021 has been extended up to 31^st day of May, 2021.
