The Ministry of Labour and Employment (“Ministry”) has issued a note, dated 23rd April, 2018, extending the deadline for submitting comments/ suggestions/ inputs on the Draft Labour Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions, 2018 (“Draft Code”) from 22nd April, 2018 to 31st May, 2018.
