Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued Notification No. 03/2019- Integrated Tax dated 29th January, 2019 to amend Notification No. 10/2017 dated 13th October, 2017 to increase the threshold limit for obtaining registration in State of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Sikkim and Uttarakhand in case of making Inter-State supply of taxable services from Rs. 10 lakhs to Rs. 20 Lakhs.
The said Notification shall come into force from 1st day of February, 2019.
