Integrated online returns under various labour laws can be filed either through LDMS or RAJFab portals in Rajasthan

The Rajasthan Government has, in an order dated 4th April, 2019, clarified that single integrated online return under various labour laws can be filed through Labour Department Management System (“LDMS”) or Rajasthan Factories and Boilers Department (“RAJFab”) web portals and the return filed through these portals will be considered valid under both the Rajasthan Factories and Boilers Inspection Department and the Rajasthan Labour Department.

The Laws under which single integrated online return can be filed are:

  1. The Minimum Wages Act, 1948
  2. The Payment of Wages Act, 1936
  3. The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
  4. The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act, 1979
  5. The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
  6. The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
  7. The Child & Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986
  8. The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 and the Rules, 1976
  9. The Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1958
  10. The Factories Act, 1948
  11. The Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961
  12. The Payment of Bonus Act, 1961
  13. The Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1976
  14. The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
  15. The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act, 1996
  16. The Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare and Cess Act, 1996
  17. The Employees State Insurance Act, 1948
