In a recent notification published (name of the newspaper is not known however we are sharing this for information purpose),the Women Development and Child Welfare Department, Telangana has informed of the launch of their web portal http://tshebox.tgwdcw.in/ for organizations/ companies to register their respective Internal Committee/s (IC) under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“2013 Act”).
The Department has given time till 15th July, 2019 to all companies / organisations to register their Internal Committee in the State Shebox portal or pay fine of Rs. 50,000/-
Who should get their IC registered on the state Shebox portal
- All Non-Government organisation / companies having 10 or more employees
- All Government organisation / companies having 10 or more employees
