Pursuant to the update shared in the trail mail, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has revised the following forms and the same is available at MCA21 Company Forms Download page:
- Form DIR-12 – Particulars of appointment of directors and the key managerial personnel and the changes among them.
- Form MGT-7 – Annual Return.
Please find attached the revised format of Form DIR-12 and Form MGT-7.
The forms have been revised with effect from February 10, 2018.
