CAQM revokes actions under Stages IV of revised GRAP in Delhi-NCR region with immediate effect; actions under Stages I, II and III to continue

In view of the improvement in the air quality in the Delhi-NCR region, the Commission for Air Quality Management (“CAQM”) in Delhi-NCR and adjoining areas has revoked Stage IV of the revised Graded Response Action Plan (“GRAP”) – ‘Severe+’ Air Quality (Delhi AQI > 450) and directed for continuation of actions under Stage I, II and Stage III with immediate effect.

However, implementing agencies have been asked to keep a strict vigil to intensify measures under Stages I, II and III so that the air quality doesn’t slip further.
