Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued Order dated 23rd July, 2019 to extend the due date for filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Assessment Year 2019-20 from 31st July, 2019 to 31st August, 2019 in respect of such categories of taxpayers who were required to file their return by 31st July, 2019.
