Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs(CBIC) has issued a Removal of Difficulty Order No. 4/2018 – Central Tax dated 31st December, 2018 to extend the due date for furnishing the monthly statement in FORM GSTR-8 by e-commerce operators for the months of October,2018 to December, 2018 till 31st day of January, 2019.
