CDSCO partially revises the timings for hearing against banning of 349 fixed dose combinations

The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (“CDSCO”) has partially revised the timings for hearing to be given to the petitioners or appellants who have appealed or objected against banning of 349 fixed dose combinations (“FDC”) of drugs due to the likeliness of health risk they imposed on human beings.

The revisions have been made for the hearings to be held on 9th and 22nd June. Previously, in accordance with the notification issued on 28th May 2018, the timings were 9:30am to 7:00pm. The timings after revision are 9:30pm to 4:30pm.

The petitioners or appellants are requested to report to the office of the Drugs Controller of India at 9:30 am for hearing.
