Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Public Notice No. 7/2015-20 dated 7th May, 2019 to amend Form ANF-3D required for making applications for exports of goods through couriers or foreign post offices using e commerce under Merchandise Exports Incentive Scheme (MEIS).
Instruction and Guidelines for applicants filing ANF-3D as notified vide Public Notice 72/2015-20 has been amended to increase the number of entries of shipping bill/ airway bill which can be filed in a single ANF-3D application from 50 to 250 for claiming MEIS benefits.
