The District Magistrate, Chandigarh has issued an Order dated July 2, 2020, imposing restrictions under Section 144 CrPC.
The Order prohibits the movement of individuals, for all non-essential activities between 10:00 P.M. to 05:00 A.M in the district. Any breach of this order will be liable to action under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Order is effective from July 1, 2020 and will remain in force till further orders.
