The Office of the District Magistrate, Chandigarh, has through an Order dated 14th January, 2020, once again issued an order directing organizations, companies, firms etc., providing facility of pick and drop to their employees, to abide by the specified conditions to ensure safety of the employees, especially women employees, working till late hours, effective immediately. The conditions specified remain the same as in the earlier order.
This Order has already been enforced with effect from 14th January 2020 and shall be effective till 13th March 2020.
