Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued Notification No. 19/2021- Customs dated 31st March, 2021 to provide an exempted the Export Oriented Units (EOUs) from whole of the integrated tax and compensation cess leviable on goods imported by them till 31st day of March, 2022.
