The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has intimated that no additional fees will be levied up to 15th February, 2021 for the filing of e-Form AOC-4 (Form for filing financial statement and other documents with the Registrar), AOC-4 (CFS) (Form for filing consolidated financial statements and other documents with the Registrar), AOC-4 XBRL (Form for filing XBRL document in respect of financial statement and other documents with the Registrar) and AOC-4 Non XBRL for the financial year ended on 31.03.2020.
During the said period only normal fees will be payable for the filing of the abovementioned e-forms.
