Ministry of Finance has issued an Order called the Central Goods and Services Tax (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2018 dated 11th December, 2018 to declare that the GST Annual Return in FORM GSTR-9, FORM GSTR-9A for the period from the 1st July, 2017 to the 31st March, 2018 shall be furnished on or before the 31st day of March, 2019.
Wherever copy of audited annual accounts and reconciliation statement duly certified, in FROM GSTR-9C, needs to be submitted along with GST Annual return shall also stand extended till 31st day of March, 2019.
