Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment notifies the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Rules, 2020; gains immediate effect

In Gazette Notification dated 29th September, 2020, the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has notified the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Rules, 2020 (“Rules”). The Rules have been given immediate effect.
