The Ease of Doing Business Department of Assam has in its Home page, announced that a new upgraded version of Ease Doing Business portal has been launched from17th June 2019. Phase wise transition of department services is taking place to an upgraded version to ensure a smooth change.
The first phase services have been transferred and are now made available in the new portal as https://eodb.assam.gov.in. The Departments whose services have been shifted to the new portal are-
a) Department of Labour & Welfare -Inspectorate of Factories
b) Department of Revenue & Disaster Management.
c) Department of Health & Family Welfare Commissionerate of Food Safety.
All the Department services are expected to be moved to the new portal by 31st August 2019.
