In an Order dated 10th August, 2020 the Office of Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Haryana (“Authority”) has informed that all Additional Registrars and Joint Registrars cannot hold Court under quasi-judicial capacity till 10th October, 2020 (i.e. 2 months from the date of the Order).
Background:
Previously, in an Order dated 22nd July, 2020 the Authority had informed that in light of the pandemic, the utmost urgent matters will be heard through video conferencing.
The present Order is issued in compliance of the previous Order mentioned above
