In a recent Press Release dated June 14, 2019, the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) has launched its Survey on Computer Software and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) Exports:2018-19.
For the 2018-19 Survey, the survey schedule must be filled-in by software and ITES / BPO exporting companies.
The survey schedule with in-built validation checks is available in Hindi as well as English and are attached for your reference. The schedules are also available at the RBI’s website under the head ‘Forms’ (available under ‘More Links’ at the bottom of the home page) and sub-head ‘Survey’.
The survey schedules must be duly filled, validated and submitted by email at surveysoftex@rbi.org.in by July 15, 2019.

Background:
Since the year 2002-2003, this Survey is conducted to collect data on various aspects of computer services exports as well as exports of information technology enabled services (“ITES”) and business process outsourcing (“BPO”). The Survey results are released in the public domain and also used for compilation of balance of payments (BoP) statistics and other uses.
