The Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has issued a Circular on Industry Standards on Reporting of BRSR Core.
SEBI has informed that industry associations which are part of Industry Standard Forum (ASSOCHAM, FICCI, and CII) and the stock exchanges has published the aforesaid industry standards on their websites (please refer to the attachment).
SEBI has instructed all the listed entities to follow the above industry standards to ensure compliance with SEBI requirements on disclosure of BRSR Core.
