In view of the unprecedented incessant rains for the last 12 hours and imminent forecast of heavy rains in Telangana State, the General Administration Department, Telangana (Department), has declared holidays for today and 15th of October 2020.
As per the Order dated 14th October, 2020 issued by the Department, the holidays will extend to Private Institutions (including Banks and Financial Institutions under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881) and Government Offices.
However, these holidays will not apply to the staff and offices engaged in relief and emergency services.
