In continuation of what we reported earlier (please refer to the e-mails in trail), the Directorate of Commercial Taxes, Government of West Bengal has further extended the last date of filing return in Form-III under West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979 (“Act”) and Rules for the year ending 31st March, 2024.
The new deadline for filing return in Form-III (both electronically and in paper form) are extended as follows:

Employers registered under the Act are permitted to electronically transmit data of the return by 15th June 2024 and furnish paper form of such return by 30th June 2024.
