This is a quick update to inform you that the Department of Local Government of Chandigarh has notified the Solid Waste Management Byelaws, 2018.
Previously, the Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh (“MCC”), in a Notification dated September 11, 2018, had published a draft copy of the Solid waste Management Byelaws 2018.
