DGFT inserts a new provision to provide that no fees shall be charged on application for updation of IEC between April – June of each year.

Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a Public Notice No. 49/2020-2021 dated 31^st March, 2021 in order to insert a new provision i.e. Scale of Application fee and procedure for deposit /Refund of application Fee/penalty etc, where it has been provided that no fees shall be charged on application for updation of IEC (Importer Exporter Code) details between April – June of each year.
