Forms CHG-1 and MGT-7 are likely to be revised on MCA21 from 13th April 2018

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has informed through its ‘News and Important Updates” segment on its website that Forms CHG-1 and MGT-7 are likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms download page with effect from 13th April 2018. Stakeholders have been asked to check latest version of the form before filing.
