In a notification dated November 18, 2020 the Food safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued the Draft Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Amendment Regulations, 2020 (Draft Amendment).
Comments and suggestions are invited on the same by January 17, 2021.
