The Government of Gujarat by a Gazette Notification has notified the Industrial Disputes (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2020 by repealing the Industrial Disputes (Gujarat Amendment) Ordinance, 2020. The Amendment Act is deemed to have come in force on 3rd July, 2020.
