Gujarat Govt. notifies the Industrial Disputes (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2020 to further amend the applicability of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 to Gujarat; deemed to be in force on 03.07.2020

The Government of Gujarat by a Gazette Notification has notified the Industrial Disputes (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2020 by repealing the Industrial Disputes (Gujarat Amendment) Ordinance, 2020. The Amendment Act is deemed to have come in force on 3rd July, 2020.
