Haryana Govt. revises rates for RTPCR testing; applicable to private laboratories in the State

In continuation to its previous orders, the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Haryana (“Department”) has revised the upper cap of rates for COVID 19 testing as follows:

 

  1. RTPCR Testing:

a. Samples collected at private hospitals/ labs and their designated collection centres- Rs. 700

b. Sample collected through home visits- Rs. 900.

 

  1. CBNAAT Testing – Rs. 2,400/- (already fixed)
  2. TrueNat Testing – Rs. 1,250 (already fixed)
  3. Rapid Antigen Testing- Rs. 500/- (already fixed)
  4. IgG based ELISA Testing- Rs. 250/- (already fixed)

 

Private laboratories should ensure not to charge any amount more than what is mentioned above for COVID 19 testing inclusive of GST/Taxes (if any), cost involved in pickup, PPE,  packing, transportation of samples, documentation and reporting, in the state of Haryana.

 

It is reiterated that, all the laboratories conducting COVID-19 testing have been directed to adhere to the guidelines and SOPs mentioned in the earlier Orders, and follow all testing protocols laid down by ICMR and MoHFW, Govt. of India from time to time.
