The Department of Parliamentary Affairs and Legislation Secretariat of Karnataka has notified the Karnataka Municipal Corporations (Amendment) Act, 2021 (“Act”).
The Act is in furtherance to the Karnataka Municipal Corporations (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 (“Ordinance”). The Act shall be deemed to have been in effect since 19th January, 2021 and is repealing the Ordinance.
