The Labour and Skills Department, Kerala (“Department”) in a Notification has issued the Kerala Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Amendment Rules, 2020 (“Amended Rules”) with a view to further to amend the Kerala Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1974 (“Principal Rules”).
The amendment is issued to simplify the procedure for registration and renewal of licence by introducing the Labour Commissionerate Automation System.
