Listed Companies to submit quarterly Structured Digital Database Compliance Certificate for quarter ended September 2022 by 18th November, 2022

The National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange have directed all Listed Companies to submit a quarterly compliance certificate. The quarterly certificate must be certified either by the compliance officer or a Practicing Company Secretary (PCS) and submitted to NSE or BSE in the following manner :
• NSE – The certificate prepared in Annexure A has to be emailed to sdd_pit@nse.co.in
• BSE – The Listed Company is required to fill up the information, attach the certificate in Annexure A and submit on the below mentioned path:
BSE Listing Centre > Listing Compliance > Compliance Module > Structured Digital Database (SDD) Compliance Certificate
The Structured Digital Database (SDD) Compliance Certificate must be submitted for quarter ended September 2022 – latest by November 18, 2022 and for quarter ended December 2022 – latest by January 21, 2023.
The Exchanges will inspect the SDD system maintained by the company after providing one working day notice.
Additionally, companies which are in process of listing are also required to maintain the Structural Digital Database also companies who have already submitted the Structural Digital Database certificate in old format will be required to submit the same in the format provided.
