The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, through a Circular dated 28th September, 2020 has extended the Limited Liability Partnership (“LLP”) Settlement Scheme, 2020 (“LLP Scheme”) till 31st December, 2020.
The said extension has been granted in view of large scale disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
All other requirements under the LLP Scheme remain unchanged.
