SEBI (Investment Advisers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 to gain effect from 1st April 2021; informs SEBI

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) in a Corrigendum dated 20th January 2021 has informed that the SEBI (Investment Advisers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 will gain effect from 1st April 2021 instead of 11th January 2021.
