In a Gazette Notification dated 9th November, 2021 the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has issued the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (“Amendment”) in order to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Amendment will gain effect from 1st April, 2022 unless otherwise specified in the respective provision.
