With a view towards Ease of Doing Business as per Business Reforms Action Plan 2020-21, the Labour, Employment, Training and Factories Department, Telangana has, in an Order dated 12th November, 2020 intimated that all contributions from both employee and employers under the Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987 and the Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1988 must only be made online and that the manual system to accept payments is being done away with.
