West Bengal Government extends lockdown to 15th June, 2020; Lays out plan for phase wise re-opening of activities

In an Order dated 30th May 2020, the Government of West Bengal has issued Guidelines to be implemented in the State during the period of lockdown till 15th June 2020.

(i) The lockdown is now limited to only the Containment Affected Areas (Category – A).

 

(ii) All activities permitted in the Containment Clean areas (Category – C) is permitted in the Containment Buffer areas (Category – B) as well with effect from 1st June 2020.

(iii) Further, multiple other activities are planned to be allowed in a phase wise manner on and from 1st June 2020 and 8th June 2020 onwards.
