Role Overview:
We are looking for young salespersons with high mobility, super enthusiasm very hungry for closing deals, and above all very curious to learn new technologies in the legal-tech domain. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of SaaS products, cloud technology, and related terminologies is crucial to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on selling, managing sales pipelines, and working towards meeting sales numbers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (such as HubSpot or Zoho) for tracking customer interactions, managing accounts, and forecasting sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations, product demos, and negotiating with clients, as well as tailoring messages to different audience levels.
- Ability to understand customer pain points, customize solutions, and convey how the SaaS product can address specific challenges.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS product, including updates, features, and competitive differentiation, to position it effectively to potential clients.
- Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong business acumen and communication skills (Both English and local language)
- Strong presentability
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Work with Project/Account Managers to rectify potential issues and ensure high- class client satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze pipeline and closure reports.
- Work autonomously and at times remotely.
Skills – Good to Have:
- Assist in digital marketing when required.
- Preferable (not compulsory) if candidate can write blog posts for the website.
- Experience in the legal or technology industry is a plus. Must be able to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
- Market research and competitive analysis skills to identify opportunities and threats.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Experience in conducting presentations, workshops, or training sessions for clients or internal teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate
Experience: Graduate with 1-6 years’ work experience in legal or SAAS sales domain.
