The Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (“PESO”) has through a Circular dated 5th January, 2021 informed that it has launched paperless application and paperless approval/ grant of license/ amendment and renewal of license for all licenses issued under the Petroleum Rules, 2002, Gas Cylinder Rules, 2016 and Static & Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016.
Please note that the auto renewal facility is being replaced with the paperless renewal facility for complying with the legal provision of the Act and the Rules.
The present Circular has gained effect immediately.
